I wanted to share a few of my favorite shots from the Botanical Gardens....perfect time of year to visit!

a new toy...

Wyatt got a new toy! Well, actually it is a hand-me-down from his sister but regardless very new and intriguing to him. Wy really likes the exersaucer, good thing as we have been running out of options for him :). He is able to pull on the toys, make the music play and rattle whatever it is that rattles! He can be entertained in this large contraption for some time....lucky me!

family

We had a family full weekend! Steve's dad and step mom were in town from San Diego visiting us for the weekend. They were ending their 3 week long road trip with us! Grandpa and Grandma got to meet Wyatt for the first time, so that was an added treat! We went to Botanical Gardens for the afternoon and you can see that Emmy and her cousin Logan had a blast! The weather is still seeming a bit like summer here, we have been in the 80's for most of the month. Though as I write this today....it is finally feeling like fall! I love fall, so I hope we get some great fall weather this month!

This guy..

Is possibly the cutest baby boy ever! My Wyatt is now 4 months old! He is 15 pounds, rolls over all the time, sleeps on his belly (naughty!), is constantly drooling, and wants to crawl SO bad....he is getting on all fours but not going anywhere yet. He is so over the baby swing and papasan chair....his butt is not even touching the chair and he is already crying. He has found a love for the exersaucer though. We also have a play mat that plays music....he thinks its pretty cool too, that is until he rolls away from it. This little dude is so wonderful...I am so blessed to be his mama!

I just had to post this picture of Emmy and Ayden....they are too cute! This was at the annual BBQ fest in Parker last weekend....these two had a blast!

A little late....

I am finally posting Wyatt's 2 month stats! Better now then never....his 4 month appt is approaching next month!

Wyatt is such a good boy, we just cant imagine what it was like before he was here! He is a feisty little guy, always moving! I mean ALWAYS...he is hard to hold since he cant sit still (just like his mama!). He is sleeping really well at night now, we have had a few nights where he has slept 12+ hours without getting up....I am crossing my fingers that this continues. He talks more and more, we call him the sick cat - thats what his coos sound like! I started back at the gym a few weeks ago, so Emmy and Wy go to the daycare there. Much more traumatic for Emerson, though now she walks right in, blows me a kiss and says see ya later! The daycare ladies love Wyatt, he always goes in there in his car seat and when I come to pick him up he is being held...they cant resist :). On Wyatt's 3 month birthday he rolled over! He rolled from his back to his tummy....he has been rolling tummy to back a bit longer. Like I said this kid would get up and run if he could!
