Emmy and Ayden....cant get much cuter than this!

so, so beautiful...

We had the best day at the pumpkin patch with the Kinley's!  It was a beautiful Saturday here, perfect weather.  Flat Acres farm is just down the street from us and a great family place to get pumpkins and have some fall fun!  We took a tractor ride to tour the farm, Emerson enjoyed the jump castle and corn maze, Wyatt had fun just having the freedom to walk everywhere....we left the stroller in the car!  They did have huge tubs of corn to play in and Wyatt could not get enough.  The kids had fun picking out their pumpkins and I was able to get some decent shots of my cuties.

the race is on...

Emerson likes to pretend she is running a race back and forth in my kitchen.  She puts her sweatband on (flower headband), says "on your mark, get set, GO"....and off she goes.  At least she's got a good imagination....I just crack up when she puts on the head band like this.  Where did she learn this?

costume parties and such...

as you can see Night-Night is our 3rd child!
The kids were invited to their friends Brayden and Elliott's 3rd birthday bash, and what better for an October birthday than having a costume party!  The kids loved dressing up, surprisingly Wyatt thinks his little duck costume (which was Uncle Brads!) is pretty awesome.  Wyatt still walks like a duck with his barrel chest completely stuck out, so this costume could not be more perfect!  Emmy has a few costumes to choose from these days....she was all about being a ballerina for the party.

Jon and Kate's wedding week in California

Uncle Doug and Aunt Jo put on a great rehearsal dinner party at their beautiful home in Santa Rosa.  Homemade pizza's in their outdoor pizza oven, fresh salads and many local wines from the Napa area....perfect!  It was great to visit with the family in a casual setting.....the kids adored their beautiful yard  as well as Steve and I.  There were so many things for them to discover.  Steve's cousin Megan taught Emmy how to make pizza's....she is now a pro!  We all took a tour of Uncle Doug's wine cellar....underground, complete with fake stalagmites!

San Francisco

Jon and Kate's wedding was beautiful!  Their wedding was at the General's Residence right on the warf in San Franciso....the views were spectacular!  They had a gorgeous day for a wedding too!  Before the wedding we had a nice lunch near our hotel, drove down Lombard St, took a few pics on the infamous cable car and Steve took a stroll through China Town with his Dad and Kathy while the kids and I napped.

Emerson was the cutest flower girl ever!  She loved every minute of it and had no fear of walking down the isle throwing flower petals solo!  I was so proud.  Her dress was adorable and she could not stop twirling or playing with her flower basket....she was in heaven all evening!  One of the bridemaids is a milliner in England and made head pieces for all of the bridesmaids, so she made the most darling headband to match for Emerson.  Emmy loves the headband so much....she wears it everywhere.
